Just face to face interview ,they ask tell me your self and what is the organic farming. But I didn't expect those are thinks we're commercial.that time I thought okey they ask for personal use.then only I get to know they think that like.

Interview
First we have take online test. If we pass the test they will call for onsite interview. In onsite interview they will test your interest in job. If you show genuine interest or passion towards the job, they will hire you for sure. We will get confirmation within 2 days.
