I applied online. I interviewed at Intaker (Encino, CA)
Interview
Recruiting was great at communicating and setting up interviews. I really enjoyed the process of getting to know everyone. The interview process I would say was long just because of the amount of interviews you have to do in total (in my experience it was about 6) but it was also extremely unique because I was able to speak to the CEO one on one. It made the experience feel like he actually cared about who was working there rather than just another person his team.

Question 1
How I would prioritize multiple clients who have different needs and urgency’s?
I had a very positive experience interviewing here. Alex Griffin was a standout, as her communication was excellent from day one and she kept me updated throughout the entire process. She told me exactly who I would be meeting and put all of the necessary information for parking and building entrance in the calendar invite. Plus, scheduling was a breeze, the team was super flexible and available, which made me feel like they really valued my time.

Interview
The structure of Intaker's interview process from start to finish was organized and engaging. Alex, the talent acquisition manager, was great at communicating each step of the interview process and was insightful in providing any information you may need. Among the many talent managers I've interacted with, she was one of the best at proactive communication. Each interview with Diana, Yerin, and Pooya reflected a positive experience. The interviews encouraged conversation rather than a one-sided interrogation, which helped determine whether the role is a good fit for both parties.
