Intech Printing & Direct Mail interview questions

Very 1st time in my long career an employer refused to reimburse me for agreed-to interview expenses! Be sure & be warned to have your interview expenses prepaid ahead of time to avoid this same unprofessional and unethical situation. After a phone interview with co. president Feb 16, 2023, I was invited to drive 2 hours for an excellent in-person interview Feb 27, 2023. I asked recruiter [Braddock International, UK] to kindly clarify prior that I would be reimbursed for travel expense for mileage & tolls that came to $130. Recruiter confirmed this was cleared with employer. On 3/22/23 I declined moving forward due to lack of career fit, and provided a name of an excellent referral who could help identify candidates. Now, 2.5 months later with several reminders sent to both parties since, and requesting reimbursement also from the recruiter, I have heard nothing from either side.
