Intel Hardware Testing Engineer interview questions

I was asked to explain how I would go around testing a chip, what I would start with first, and what my overall process of thinking is. I described beginning with understanding the specifications and functionality, then creating a structured test plan, verifying power and signal integrity, running functional and stress tests, analyzing failures, and documenting results systematically.
