Interview
I had a great experience throughout the interview process. It began with an initial screening by the recruiter, followed by interviews with two hiring managers to determine the best fit between two openings. From there, I had the opportunity to meet with the VP of Sales and CRO, gaining valuable insights into the company’s vision and leadership.
The process was well-structured and transparent, thanks to the recruiter’s excellent communication. They ensured I was informed every step of the way, checking in before and after each interview to provide updates and gather my feedback. Each conversation was engaging, and I appreciated the candid feedback I received. Most importantly, I felt that my time was respected, and the overall experience reinforced the company’s culture of professionalism and collaboration.
