Intelex Technologies Software Developer interview questions

I applied through a recruiter. Then after one week, I had a phone interview with one of the manager which went well. The next step was online technical assessment. After that, I didn`t hear from them and they didn`t respond to my follow up email. I believe that their behavior is not professional and applying for them is just wasting the time.
