Interview
Initially had a teams interview, with an Engineer and Senior Engineer, discussed about experience and some technical questions were asked. Got selected and invited for a second round face to face which started with basic technical questions which I felt was very easy followed by a site tour. Everything was smooth but after two days I received feedback that they are going ahead with other candidates. No reason mentioned why I was rejected. Tried getting a feedback but after requesting they have not given one.
Meeting with two principal engineers, technical interview. HR processes were very poor including not informing me of a policy which affected my application. Lack of clarity on the policies amounted to lying by omission
