I applied in-person. I interviewed at Intellitronix (Euclid, OH) in Oct 2020
Interview
Chaotic, people in and out, no structure or organization to it. Got to pet their dog. Their underlying problem seemed to be that they had no idea what they were doing. Each one trying to put out fires of their own creation.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Intellitronix (Eastlake, OH) in Jan 2017
Interview
Well, I was called for a short phone screen and then was asked to set up an interview time . When the date came for the interview, I was told the person I would be meeting with wasn't available, so another person met with me. This person seemed to have not ever even looked at my resume. Interviewer was not prepared. This person told me the position was already filled, even though the phone screen was only 2 days prior. Asked no other questions related to the job posting on Glassdoor and other websites. "Interview" was over in 10 minutes and I walked out the door.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intellitronix (Willoughby, OH) in July 2016
Interview
Met with the office manager first (about 10 minutes) then one of the owners came in and we spent about 20 minutes together. The second owner popped his head in to say goodbye. I left the office now have any kind of an idea of how it went and have not heard back from them. Clearly they made a decision but never notified me.
