1. They offer Senior Associate / Specialist, no clarity on the title as this are 2 different pay ranges. 2. Completed pre-screening, interview with hiring manager, interview again with hiring manager + 2 colleagues. 3. They gave me 2 options for the interview on the same day with an hour difference, didn't ask me for availability. 4. Based on the conversation I realized that the hiring manager didn't read my resume at all on the 2nd interview. 5. I was the ghosted, I sent an email and had no response just to realize later that the position was cancelled on their candidate portal. 6. The general recommendation they offer in their job fairs and even to employees is to do network in the organization, if you have connections, you are friend of a family member of one of the employees in top position you will be referred and most likely get a job there. Meritocracy is non existent. Unfortunately, the questions were more focused on why there was a career gap on my resume, my nationality (several times), and then just generic questions.
