Straight to the point, but the IDB did not consider an alternative day and time for the interview. The HR folks do not offer any flexibility. Also, they take quite a while to contact you.

I had the first round of interviews in Spanish that was a surprise as I had not practiced my answers in Spanish. Then the second round will be with a panel and it’s still in the future so I don’t know if I got the job.
