Inter-American Dialogue interview questions

I applied only, and got a phone screen interview about a week after. I got an email to schedule a zoom interview and the interview was with the program manager and program assistant.

Very straightforward. There was one round of interviews before I was selected for the position. I was contacted about 2 weeks after submitting my application online and was offered the position around 2 weeks later. Interview is very straightforward and includes a short language proficiency test.
