Interview
Very thorough and well planned. They encouraged me to ask any questions about the organization, which I gladly did. Everything was well organized and professional. They made me feel listened to. The interviewers were also very passionate about the company's goals. It mattered to them. They explained about the role I was going to have, and specific responsibilities, very clearly. It was a satisfying interview experience and I was extremely happy when I was offered the position.
