It was an incredibly lengthy process involving multiple complex stages. It felt like the hiring process involved a lot of free work. The process was pretty brutal and you didn't really have a good idea whether you were doing well or not.

Question 1
Create a detailed social media campaign strategy for IxDF’s online course titled “User Experience: The Beginner’s Guide” that includes the following elements:
Goal: Clearly define the main objective of the campaign (e.g., increasing course enrollments, driving brand awareness, boosting engagement, etc.).
Content Strategy: Outline a content strategy for the campaign, including the content themes and formats (such as static posts, carousels, videos, etc.). Write a brief note explaining the thought process, assumptions or rationale behind the themes and formats you have chosen.
Creation: Create two or three sample posts that illustrate the theme, format and tone of voice you’d use for this campaign.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Define measurable KPIs to evaluate the success of the campaign. Specify the metrics you would use to track and analyze campaign performance.
Extra Mile: Feel free to include any additional recommendations or insights you believe would enhance the effectiveness and impact of the social media campaign.
