Disrespectful interview practice, inability of recruiters to find the right fit for the role, inability of team members to find the right for the role, unprofessional attitude towards the interviewee. The reason the wrong person ends up at the interview is the sole problem of the company and their incompetamcy. Not a problem of the person who is applying. Though, during the interview it seemed that the manager was blaming the interviewee for not aligning with the job requirements.
