IDR is continually investing in our AI and Automation software to improve our candidate screening process and this feedback is extremely helpful for our company to improve in these areas. Although technology is critical to stay competitive in the recruiting industry, we do not eliminate the human interactions that take place after our screening process starts the initial interactions with our talent community. We hope to eliminate some of the basic questions with these technologies in place, so that we can spend more time on the phone getting to know the talent we wish to represent to our prospective clients.
