Interview was pretty straightforward. Behavioral type of questions. Make sure you know duties of each division of the IRS you interview with and incorporate your experience. I didn't do that and I wished I had.

Tell me why you think you are qualified for this position?
It was a three person panel interview, standard behavioral questions. I used the STAR method. I think there were 6-7 questions all in all. Very casual and and friendly tone during the interview. The interviewers used their laptops during the interview.
