Interview
Pretty straight forward. One Panel interview and an I review with a Director. Questions were based o. Experience and culture fit.
A culture fit test is also done prior to the interview.
Simple and professional. The interviewers where nice and didn’t deviate. I was allowed to express myself as well as asked questions too. We started the Interview as scheduled and finished on time. I got a response from the recruiting team about my success.
