Interview
The interview process started off with a quick Zoom interview just to see if the job and I would be a good fit. Then I went into the office 2 or 3 times for additional interviews. Each time I met with multiple different people and was there for 1-1.5 hours. Everyone I spoke with was really personable and nice. This was going to be a new position they were creating, and in the end they decided to change it to be an administrative position rather than compliance.

The interviews were very conversational, they were really just trying to get to know me. They did ask a few typical questions like a time that I messed something up and how i fixed it.

Interview
Interview overall was decent. I met with very personable and likeable people. up until you go through an interrogation-like process with the newly appointed CAO, who has a massive ego that made me want to step out of the interview process immediately.
