The interview process was an absolute joke. I went though 6 rounds of interviews over a period of 2 months. Was promised the role verbally and asked to not accept another role, only to be completely ghosted by both HR and the hiring manager.

I submitted my application online, then I got a call from my supervisor, we talked about a hour. Several days later, HR called me again and asked me similar questions. I went to the office to attend second round interview. I passed all and HR still needed to do some final checks, such as my educational backgrounds. Finally, I got the opportunity and have a rewarding month there. Invesco Great Wall Fund is really a good place to work.
