I was referred by a friend and also applied online then I got a phone interview which led to an in person interview. During this, 2 hiring managers interviewed me and asked me some behavioural questions as well as knowledge ones regarding mutual funds. They expect you to know your stuff about mutual funds and test you on it.

The first interview is with HR. This is a screening over the phone The second Interview was with two hiring managers, one of which I was going to be reporting into. Questions about the mutual fund industry and some market related questions.
