I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Invesco (Houston, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
The first-round was a video interview that was about 20 - 30 minutes long with basic interview question. The second interview is a phone interview. The phone interview questions were very easy, he mostly asks behavioral questions. Last but not least the third interview is the face to face interview. Before the interview begins, an Invesco worker will give you a presentation telling you information about the company and job role ( client administration rep). Then you would be interview by two other workers at Invesco. The questions they ask were pretty hard because they were very long questions. I had a hard time remembering what they had to ask because the questions were so long. The face to face interview lasted about 15 minutes. Then you will overshadow a client administration rep to get a glimpse on what they do on the regular basis to figure out if this is the job for you or not which takes about 15 - 20 minutes. I was suppose to get a called back from the recruiter in the next 3 - 5 business days to know if i got the job or not but no call back in the end .

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? What do you know about Invesco? Why should we hire you? ( video interview ) What were your challenges at your previous jobs and how did you overcome it? What is your strength? What are your weaknesses? ( phone interview ) . I don't remember any questions from the third interview because the questions were very long to process in my head so quickly.

The people that interviewed me are two supervisors. They are nice and genuine and very easy to talk to, but the questions are very technical. If you prepare well before interview you can do well.
