Was good and professional . Welcoming and asked some questions as if like a mock call with the customer and it was really helpful for me to understand the company better
Online- one was self-recording while another was face-to-face with a member of the managerial team. The questions were straightforward ranging from sharing about one's qualifications to being literate on certain computer applications like Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Microsoft Office.
