I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ipsos (Toronto, ON) in July 2013
Interview
It was a multi-stage interview process.
First was an HR phone screening interview with typical questions about skills and experience. They also asked about expected compensation.
Second was an in person interview with multiple managers who would later be my direct managers. Lastly was an in person informal "team fit" coffee meeting with potential coworkers. This was more of a formality because at this stage I pretty much had the job offer they were just double checking

Question 1
All typical questions in most interviews, but there also is a short test for attention to detail and ability to understand data tables
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ipsos (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2026
Interview
It started with a 30 min zoom call with the recruiter to explain my qualifications and learn more about the role. Then I had a 1 hour long interview with 2 seniors, this was split into 2 parts, 30 min behavioural and 30 min exercises.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ipsos
Interview
Pretty simple interview process. 1 with HR, another with a member of the hiring team, case study + interview. Overall pretty straight forward and communicative, it wasn’t drawn out or anything.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, tell us about your previous research experience
Overall, the interview process was a great experience and very responsive. Communication was clear and timely at every stage. I was given a case study and asked to present my analysis, which allowed me to demonstrate both technical and presentation skills. The team was professional, supportive, and asked thoughtful questions, making the entire process engaging and insightful.
