Ipswich brewery has a very high turnover. Rob, the owner, will get desperate every couple months hiring people. He will ask you what your salary is, He does this in order to underpay people. My advice is to have him give you an offer and stay firm on that; or give a number that is astronomically high. They will overpay for people as they are desperate when several staff members leave at once.
