Lovely HR department contact got in touch about a new role. Had an initial chat, before speaking to the hiring manager for a first round interview. The second round consisted of a presentation task based on given brief.

Give a run down of general experience in the day-to-day management of campaigns.
pretty straight forward, second round is based on a real scanario task, and you need to present with slide in person. However i had to dial in, as one of the key person is WFH, which broke the flow a bit

How would you tailor account stucture based on the challenge the client facing and business goal they have in mind
Chatted to line manager. Then some team members. Multiple meetings with some details about the clients and agency culture. Seemed very young agency with young leadership - trendy but not much substance.
