First I had a phone interview then I had an in person interview met with just two people in person informally at a hotel lobby. The interview was easy and process moved quick. it was over and done in 2 weeks maximum

A few emails back and forth with a interveiw set up through zoom. Very informative in detailing the work hours etc. Didn't ask too many questions and informed of trainings and start date after interview.

It was two people interviewing they were lovely and make you feel comfortable. It did not go on for long just a few questions Asked about previous jobs and why you want to become a healthcare assistant. Also asked What qualities do you think are essential for a health care assistant .
