Muy tedioso, poco claro. Te hacen varias entrevistas y pruebas "psicométricas" que duran varias horas, las cuales también evalúan lo "moral" y tu nivel de catolicismo. En las entrevistas insisten sobre tu estado civil y preguntan sobre tu estatus financiero. Al final eligen a los recomendados, no pierdan su tiempo.

Pruebas psicométricas y de psicológicas, largo proceso, varias pruebas, varias entrevistas, se debe ser católico, sus contratos son muy limitantes y restrictivos, pruebas de creencias e inclinaciones ideológicas, políticas, afiliaciones en general. A veces difíciles de responder por ser ambiguas.
