The recruitment process was slow - it took 3 weeks to hear back and my interview was 5 weeks after my initial application. 1 month after the interview i got a rejection.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I had to prepare a 10-min presentation on the research topic, and they asked me questions about the presentation. They also asked questions about whether i had ever dealt with a conflict at work, and what motivated me to do a postdoc at ISGlobal.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at IsGlobal (Barcelona) in Nov 2021
Interview
Interviewing process was fine, people were friendly and it was not just robotic questions. They questioned about skills though, which went fine as I have been training in that position. Process was a bit confusing but in the end went just fine.

Question 1
What are your passions in what you do professionally?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IsGlobal in Nov 2022
Interview
First, an online interview with the team asking about my background and previous experience. Questions about which Python libraries I'm familiar with. A week after that first interview, I got an email with a case study that I needed to solve in a week.

Question 1
The interview was mostly about my previous experiences and which python libraries I was familiar with. Nothing was asked about why did I want to join the team or why I was interested in that specific position. The interview was carried out by my current team, so no one from HR was there. This means that the process is not standardised and questions may vary depending on the team and position.
