Island Records interview questions

Two people, one office manager and a creative director. Overall bad experience, they showed up 10 minutes late and finished the interview 5 mins early so my interview was half the time it should have been. Not very respectful of my time. Overall gave a very disinterested and rude responses to both my answers and the very few questions I got to ask since it was a short interview. It’s a shame really because I was very excited about the role and was more than capable but it just felt like they actively wanted to be condescending and rude the whole time which was very off putting. Also didn’t receive any feedback just an automated email rejection even after emailing the recruiter to try and get some.
