The first interview is typically with HR and if you speak with Nadine, you'll be met with nothing but one of the nicest personalities and a lot of excitement. After speaking with Nadine, you'll meet with the hiring manager and higherups and the process is more of a discussion than a Q&A session which makes it easier to talk about your experiences and what it is like to work at ITM. Overall, a pleasant experience.
