Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first round was an aptitude written test conducted on paper with a duration of 30 minutes. The second round was a technical written test for 50 marks. It included four questions worth 5 marks each and two questions worth 15 marks each. The 5-mark questions were based on basic string and array concepts. One of the 15-mark questions involved coding using a Priority Queue, while the other required writing a complete CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operation for an Employee Management System using Spring Boot.
Candidates were required to score more than 35 out of 50 marks in the technical test to qualify. The company informed candidates that those meeting the required score would be considered for hiring, while others would be rejected.
The company also offered a training program costing ₹20,000 and stated that placement support would be provided after successful completion of the training. They mentioned that candidates may either be recruited by their own company or be referred to and placed in other companies through their placement support network.
