      I interviewed at JBS Dev

      Interview

      The process was relatively straightforward, starting with an initial conversation with the recruiter followed by a standard interview. The technical portion was aligned with the role expectations. However, the overall experience was negatively impacted by the recruiter’s behavior. Cindy appeared disengaged throughout the conversation and did not maintain eye contact, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. She had a dismissive and rude tone. This interaction left a poor impression of the company’s communication and professionalism during the hiring process.
