The process was relatively straightforward, starting with an initial conversation with the recruiter followed by a standard interview. The technical portion was aligned with the role expectations.
However, the overall experience was negatively impacted by the recruiter’s behavior. Cindy appeared disengaged throughout the conversation and did not maintain eye contact, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. She had a dismissive and rude tone.
This interaction left a poor impression of the company’s communication and professionalism during the hiring process.

Interview
First was a 1:1 call with a talent advisor followed by a team panel interview. Literally everyone I spoke to was very nice and could immediately tell they had a great culture and can see why they have such a high retention rate of their employees.

Interview
Initial call was with HR to confirm details of employment. Second call was with one of their senior developers. Very technical. As was stated before, this was basically just trivia on c# and SQL terms. With their jobs being fully remote, I understand that this is a way to whittle down what must be a massive pool of candidates. My interviewer was knowledgeable, and good humored. He didn't mind a bit of education as we talked through some of the questions. I knew I was in trouble from the start. I have been working in these technologies for over 10 years, but have not had the opportunity to use some of them often, or really had to think about how to explain. Big suggestion, study up on all your c#, SQL, javascript term definitions.
