      Interview

they gave me one week to prepare a presentation about OOH advertising. And they cancelled the interview one day before without apologising. They could’ve at least listen to it and then make a decision.

      Interview

Our interview process is designed to be transparent, friendly, and efficient. It begins with an HR screening call, where we get to know you—your experience, motivations, and expectations. If there’s a mutual fit, you’ll move on to a role-specific interview with the hiring manager, followed by a skills or technical assessment where relevant. Next, you'll meet the team in a panel or peer interview to explore collaboration styles. For some roles, a final leadership interview helps align on vision and impact. If all goes well, we’ll move forward with an offer and onboarding. Throughout the process, we prioritize clear communication, respect for your time, and a positive experience.

      Interview

Interview with marketing manager, presentation assessment and final review with managing director. All interviews were very straightforward and timely; did not have a long wait wondering whether you've advanced to next stage of not. Questions asked were the common questions about yourself and your background, followed by a few behavioural assessment questions.
