JSM Group interview questions

After being initially contacted by their outsourced senior recruiter (from Chapter 2) on Aug 14th to schedule a discussion, I promptly provided my availability. However, despite multiple follow-ups through the same channel (LinkedIn), no response. I decided to send an email today copying in the HR team and he decided to respond promptly with “sorry for the tardy response, you’re still in process but we have a shortlist and I’ll keep you posted” I then asked him to delete my details and retract application. It’s evident by their response to my email feedback that candidate experience is not on their minds. This has left a negative perception of the recruitment process and by extension JSM group, especially since this is not the first time I’ve encountered similar issues with Chapter2.
