      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JUSPAY (Bengaluru) in Apr 2025

      Interview

Took 7 rounds of interviews, including coding hackathon. Then, after few days when I followed up 2-3 times, they sent rejection email. HR didn't even pick phone call afterwards. No feedback shared. Looks like they wanted PMs to learn about Haskell and PureScript only, and didn't want to hire.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      1. Deep dive about work ex 2. One of the rounds was onsite in Bengaluru - Coding Hackathon. Even after the Hackathon, they asked to complete the assignment and submit from home. 3. Last round was case based - 2.5 hrs long. RCA question was asked - UPI Payments are getting failed for this merchant. Customers have uploaded issue videos. What is your diagnosis?
