I applied for the Content Developer role back in May 2022. The process took around 2 months. After submitting my initial application, I got a phone call the following week from HR stating the hiring manager was impressed with my application and would like to arrange an interview. I had the first interview with 2 content leads. The interview was pretty standard, spoke about myself a little, answered a few basic technical questions, and why I have an interest in working for Jagex. Just the generic stuff. The next week I got an email stating the feedback was highly positive and they would like me to take their skills assessment. I had a week to complete 2 tasks which were a programming and design task. After submitting, I got another phone call after 2 weeks saying the hiring manager was very impressed and would like to invite me back for the final set of interviews. The last set consisted of 3 interviews. The first interview was with another Content lead and the Content Dev Manager and I assume the hiring manager again. Same interview as the first, generic questions. The second interview was going through and me explaining my solution. The final interview was design related which had me talking through my design submission, then moving onto talking about design of another game of my choice. Overall, the experience was really fun and everyone made me feel welcome. The feedback was really positive, just a couple of things I need to improve on.

They flew me out to their office which was really cool. I got to meet the team and spend an hour implementing a basic event in a game. They never replied with my result.
