Jairosoft Software Engineer interview questions

Four rounds of interviews followed by zero communication. I completed a total of four interviews for a role here. Despite the lengthy process, the company completely ghosted me afterward. I never received a rejection letter or any follow-up, not even an automated email. Spending hours preparing for multiple rounds only to receive total radio silence is incredibly unprofessional. I would advise future applicants to be aware of how the company treats candidates' time.
