Option 1 – Neutral and Informative
The interview process focused mainly on core Oracle DBA concepts, including RAC, ASM, backup and recovery, and patching. Technical questions were scenario-based and aligned with real production issues. Overall, the process was well-structured and professional.
Option 2 – Technical-Focused
Interview covered Oracle DBA fundamentals and advanced topics such as RAC architecture, ASM management, Data Guard, performance tuning, and OEM/Fleet patching. The discussion was largely practical and based on real-time troubleshooting scenarios.
Option 3 – Positive Experience
It was a good interview experience with in-depth technical discussions on Oracle DBA activities like installation, migration to ASM, DR handling, and patching. Interviewers were knowledgeable and focused on hands-on experience rather than only theory.
Option 4 – Concise and Balanced
Interview included technical and scenario-based questions on Oracle DBA administration, RAC, ASM, backup/recovery, and high availability. Overall, a fair assessment of practical DBA skills.
