Interview
The interview at JATRI was in person, with the Manager and HR present together. It was a structured process where the Manager asked technical questions related to the role, while HR focused on communication, cultural fit, and career expectations. The technical part was a mix of theory and problem-solving; it was nothing too tricky, but it required good knowledge. HR also gave an overview of the company and what they expect from employees. Overall, it was a straightforward and professional interview, covering both technical and HR aspects in one go.

Technical task by emails, submit, and call for onsite interview . question is average type. not deficilt. about cache, server, technic optimization, best practice, frontend, backend, php, Laravel . etc and about myself
Initially talked about my history. Then some basic questions and then some deep level query. There was also some problem solving questions also. It was tough and had to struggle to answer them. But overall it was good
