The Interview process was a standard over-the-phone interview and then an in-person after. They ended the first interview abruptly after I said I could give them only a one-year commitment with the likelihood that I'd stay longer.
Quick conversational questions with one of the owners. It was like you were just two buddies talking. Didn’t feel too intimidating but you know he meant business. Got a phone call later the next day confirming hire
