Jerich Austria interview questions

We talked about my experience and skills for 10-15 minutes, then for 2ish hours I was being shown how to do the actual entry. No, you won't remember anything. Most of the time I was spacing out because no one can memorize all of that in one go.

I had two interviews. The first interview was a panel interview with an hr person and a supervisor. The second interview was with the same supervisor and a manager. They told me I was over qualified. Why did they bring me back for a second interview if I was over qualified? They kept saying that they wanted someone who would stay at least a year, and I said I would. They said it's between you and another person, and if you don't hear back that means you didn't get it. It was unprofessional to not send an email to tell me that I didn't get the job.
