Interview
The manager interviews with a list of questions and scenarios. Then the owner meets with you and the manager. Then they show you around and explain the process and ask if it sounds like you'd still be interested. They introduce you to the other employees, show you the computer system they use then show you around the intake area and explain that process in detail.
