I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jimmy John's (Tucson, AZ) in May 2016
Interview
Walked in for an open interview day, signed my name on a checklist, and filled out an application while waiting for an interview. Brought a resume just in case but it wasn't necessary. One of the managers introduced himself and took me to a back table to start the interview process.
