I applied through other source. I interviewed at Jimmy John's in Nov 2014
Interview
Always, always, always ask questions. Question every rule. Make sure you understand all of the hand book. You have to memorize all of the ingredients on all of the sandwiches, so make sure that by the first day you work, you have them all memorized. Do /not/ absolutely /not/ wear skinny jeans, always tuck your shirt in, don't have unnaturally colored hair, no jewelry, must cover all tattoos, preferably non slip black shoes, and /always, always, always/ stay busy. "If you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean."
easy and nice to me. Simple questions about school life and what you goals and aspirations are. Some behavioral questions about overcoming obstacles and such. Open about schedule and salary as well and hours.
