Levels of Personal Interviews, Written questionaire, got an on the spot interview at a job fair arranged by the same company in toronto. They follow up via emails and arrange next levels of interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Jobs Canada Fair (Toronto, ON) in June 2018
Interview
The interview was very unprofessional.
1) Screening was done by employees without recruitment experiences
2) Director was very unprofessional either in speaking or behaving.
3) Director lied about the company: "Federal organization" for example.
4) The interview was more like screening the people who are easily manipulated.

Interview is a sham! Don’t ignore the red flags during the interview.. the screening is done by an employee who is just as clueless as the person being interviewed. A 2 step process just to give it some credibility
