Jobs Canada Fair interview questions

Role specific questions were asked and the process was fast. Two levels of interview; Team Lead and CEO. A document with problem solving related questions was sent prior to the interview .

The interview was very unprofessional. 1) Screening was done by employees without recruitment experiences 2) Director was very unprofessional either in speaking or behaving. 3) Director lied about the company: "Federal organization" for example. 4) The interview was more like screening the people who are easily manipulated.
