I applied online. I interviewed at Jobs Statewide (Adelaide) in Jan 2020
Interview
Group interview. Sat in a room for 20 minutes with other candidates and were observed on CCTV. Very odd. The interviewer came back. Filled out paperwork with personality quiz and salary expectations. The interviewer was under 20yo and has probably never had another job in her life. I did not receive an offer but am well qualified, if not over-qualified for the position. I called for feedback and was told the rejection was because of salary expectations. Must be an extremely low paying position.
took almost 2 hours between 6 people in a room. short 5 min 1 on 1 interview at the end. lots of paper work to fill including a Disk Test and a sheet with options numbered 1-4 about how you best work. some of the questions on the 3 double sided paper work were strange like how often one goes to the gym and if you're a smoker. interviewer said not to fill yes for basic migraines because everyone gets them in the office and its something panadol can fix, so to only write down yes if properly diagnosed which i thought was odd. also said we were lucky to go home at the end of the interview and joked he was stuck here which made me think it was a mistake to apply. weirdness
