Behavioral type questions and basically just goes over your resume so be prepared to talk about that. Also, they'll talk about past work experience as well as just relevant work experience in general.
Phone call screening, then it lead to one virtual interview with one of the engineers I would have been working with had I got the job and got a position on the mechanical engineering team at deere
Straight foreword interview process. It included behavioral questions only using STAR method. 5-7 question for each interview. There was a total of 2 rounds of interviews each with a 2 person panel.
Star Format on behavioral questions with 2 panels. Asked about myself then describe themselves. Then asked 5 behavioral questions in each interview. Then provided me with the opportunity to ask question related to the job.
