Interview
Had an initial phone call with the Program manager followed by Hacker rank test with MCQs and two easy problem. Later had a behavioral round and code pair round and then results.

Question 1
Dynamic programming question - Arrays and string problems.
First round -
15 min screening, easy enough, talking about background and about the program
Behavioral -
45 min of them going through a booklet asking specific questions (time you had to explain something technical to non-tech person, time you had to think on your feet, time you had to explain bad news to a supervisor, etc.), pretty standard
Technical -
Was hard, one question, topics included were sorting, interval/gap calculation, greedy

Interview
Offered us a stay at the Radisson hotel which was very nice. Then next morning about 7 of us went to their office where they described to us our process. Then we were introduced to the interviewers and had to introduce ourselves to them. From there we had two 50 minutes interviews with two different interviewers. After that we were brought back together as a group and they told us what to expect after this. Then we were brought to head quarters for a lunch and a tour of their building.
